Sick dog
My dog was vomiting and had bloody stool, and he was extremely lethargic. I took him to the vet and spent $500.
We had just purchased a new bag of Blue Buffalo, and he would not eat while sick, so I bought a different brand of wet food and he ate it and was no longer throwing up or having bloody stools. I gave him his Blue Buffalo a few days later, and he's back to throwing up.

Unhappy with customer service
Not happy as they said to take back to store but I no longer had the bag! I put in a large tub with a lid when I get my dog food so I'm out 50!

False advertisement
We have been feeding our dog blue wilderness for 5 months, I feed here the same amount 4 times a day and have not changed the routine, one month a 24lb bag lasted 4 weeks the second lasted 3 weeks a felt lighter, so I weighed the third bag and it weighed correctly 24lbs and it lasted 4 weeks, so we found a Slightly larger bag 28lb at our local mijer, bout it and weighed it at home and it was only 24lbs unopened no holes or damage to the bag. They are skimming on this over priced expensive dog food ripping Americans off left and right , they don't stand behind their product if you have a problem they have you deal with the retailer , told me to take it back.
I told them I'm not going to be their quality control as the consumer I shouldn't be, told them there are to many other companies that would stand behind their product and deserve my business over them and blue buffalo rep said that the beauty of America we have options. Told them also the beauty of being an American is I can sue you for false advertisement and if other Americans realize they are also being ripped off, as an American consumers together, that is a class action suit waiting to happen.
Than they hung up on me!.. lol but keep and eye out file a complaint with your states attorneys office if you catch them skimping out on food..

Dog sickness
Ive been feeding my dog blue buffalo since a puppy and while i was gone to work the person i have to look out for my dog say she was throwing up very bad *** been real watery and took her to the vet they say she have food poisoning i would like to have my money back from the food i bought

Promos ocdes dont work
I tired for check the codes first before you buy or buy purina pro plan 2 hours ot get promo codes form the internet to work but couldn't
I paid over $75.00 for blue basic I should have bought purina pro plan for that amount
I am almost 80 years old and on a limited income I wouldn't have reordered the dog food if i knew the promo codes wouldn't work
tried ot put order # where it should have been but your site doesnt work either , what a surprise

Resolved: Dog food experience
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent a bag of treats.
Hello, I purchased a large bag of your dog food for the first time. My first experience with my older dog was not good, and she threw it up immediately after eating it the first 2 times.
I figured it was just too rich for her. So I have passed it on to my younger dog, and he keeps it down, but has had the the worst gas since eating it.
Would I be able to return or get a refund for the remaining food? thank you!

Why don't any of oyur promo codes work at walmart

Your newly rebranded food is messing my cat up
For years Ive used blue buffalos indoor hair ball control cat food that used to be in a pink bag with an orange cat draped across the front, recently youve re-branded it to tastefuls stating new look- same great recipe
Since this rebrand my cat has not been able to eat this food because when she does she starts having urinary tract issue/bladder crystals. Ive had to take her to the vet on MULTIPLE occasions now resulting in hundreds of dollars in vet bills, Ive had to switch her over to Hills diet prescription cat food which is expensive.
Recently I tested back the tastesfuls after she seemed back to normal and peeing regularly, and in just two days she is back to peeing erratically and seeming distressed.
Ive completely stopped again and Im trashing the food, and I feel there is something that needs to be looked into with this cat food.
It makes no sense for years she ate the food right up until you changed the look and now literally CANT have a tablespoon of it.

I dont know if you raised the magnesium and potassium in the formula or made any changes but you should know it could be affecting more than just my cat and should be taken seriously.

Dog gets sick lots after eating Blue chicken flavor wet dog food. I finall figured it out after he was sick on 5 different occasions

After shopping at Petco store i got a bag of 4.5 lbs of Premier Blend with Chicken Tender Meaty Cuts for my Daughter And i should confess : She loves this new natural formula without chemicals , preservatives and so on .. Dog food is infested with bugs
Bought a bag of dog food and its infested with bugs, and some weird web looking substance in bag. I had food already in container and now its garbage.
Preferred solution: I’m gonna return to store, but I’ve lost 1/2 a bag of good dog food, Blue Wilderness beef. Would like to get what I lost back, 1/2 bag of food.
