Blue Buffalo Kurt Schmidt and customer service are terrible!
I bought a bag of Blue Buffalo. It was bad.
Had mold and clumps. I wrote CEO Kurt Schmidt. I sent proof of purchase. I received a letter from them.
They will Not replace the bag. Their service is terrible. These Blue Buffalo people are rude, dishonest, and downright unprofessional. Horrible service from rude, arrogant people.
They Do NOT stand behind their products. Blue Buffalo clearly puts profit way before quality. They hire people who could care less about quality and their customers. I will Never buy a Blue Buffalo product again.
Avoid Blue Buffalo. Kurt Schmidt is an unprofessional, worthless CEO who wants the money, not happy customers or well pets.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $48.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Blue Buffalo Cons: Kurt schmidt is too stuck up to respond.
